Title: Last Mango in Paris [Wdib]

Yield: 2 Servings

  Fresh Mangoes
  Yellow Chartreuse
  Champagne [or any bubbly wine may be substituted]

1. Peel and slice the mangoes and place in parfait or tulip glasses.

2. Sprinkle each glass with 1/2 tablespoon of chartreuse.

3. Chill for 1 hour while you run the bath.

4. Pour icy-cold champagne over the mangoes and serve with more champagne, naturally.
